Growing up in New York City I longed for wide open vistas. After attending college, at SUNY New Paltz, I traveled through the U.S. and Europe, and volunteered on a kibbutz in Israel. I saw many beautiful places and met amazing people but nothing beats finding my forever home and the people here in Buena Vista, CO. I first fell in love with BV while in my 20’s coming here to rock climb and hike. At the time I lived in Alma, just up the hill. I’ve now been embraced by this community and raised my daughter, Bella, here since 2013. My partner, Chaz, is a retired sculptor, sewer and drain expert, and a local handyman who came down the mountain from Fairplay. Every day is beautiful here and we feel so blessed to call BV home.

I’ve owned and operated several businesses. Above and Beyond Cabin Care, property maintenance and rental home care, has been in operation since 2008 not only in Chaffee County but also Park and Summit Counties. The Juice Baby was an all-organic juicery and cafe that was located on highway 24 from 2012 till 2016. Those years I enjoyed serving healthy fare. Creative Cat Dancing Productions is my artistic outlet. I paint acrylic landscapes of the southwest. In all the realms of my life I am a people person and enjoy giving back to the community.
